The Daily Tape ("we", "our") is a financial-news content brand operated by RIVEN BV (Belgium). This policy explains what data we handle when we publish our own content to social platforms, including TikTok.

2. What data we process

The Daily Tape is a first-party publishing tool. It uploads videos and posts to our own connected social accounts. Through TikTok's Login Kit and Content Posting API we access only:

• Basic profile information of our own account (open id, display name, avatar) to confirm the connection.
• The ability to upload our own video content to our own account.

We do not collect, store, or process personal data of TikTok users, viewers, or any third party. We do not run advertising audiences, tracking pixels, or profiling on this brand.

3. How we use access tokens

Authorization tokens for our own account are stored securely on our own infrastructure and used solely to publish our content. They are never shared or sold.

4. Data retention

We retain only our own access tokens for as long as the integration is active. You may revoke access at any time in your TikTok account settings, which invalidates our tokens.

5. Third parties

We do not sell or share data with third parties. Content is delivered directly to the respective platform's API.

6. Children

Our content and tools are not directed at children under 13.

We may update this policy; the latest version is always available at this URL.
